Like 7 days could result in the end of their businesses, livelihoods or life’s? If 7 days without internet could cause any of the claims I read in an update email, I would suggest a change for all of them. Shortly after taking over this occurred followed by 4 or 5 days of storms! When we have service, all works great. Wisper is the new owner of a system plagued by reception issues and outages mainly caused by lightning strikes. So, I am hopeful & optimistic! As the good customer service continues, I will definitely be upgrading my rating from 4 to 5 stars. Also, they credited us an entire month of service for the 8 days we were down (which really helps especially when one works from home & is having to pay for extra hotspot data in order to have a backup plan for internet, so as to keep one's job), and they have continued the rate we were paying prior to the buyout.
